Katie Zell

With over 20 years of experience in Pilates, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and connected in their bodies. I truly value the relationships I build with my clients, as supporting their journeys is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. As a wife and proud mom of three daughters, I understand the importance of balance, strength, and self-care in everyday life. Pilates transformed my own perspective on fitness—it’s no longer just about working out, but about feeling good, moving well, and honoring your body.
